Agreement and eligibility
By accessing Osprey Pulse, creating an account, or using the apps or website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may require email confirmation or other reasonable verification and may limit account creation or automated use to protect the service.
Goal plans and AI output
AI-generated plans, rebuilds, suggestions, and companion messages are general informational tools and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Review and edit them before use. Osprey Pulse does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, educational, employment, or other professional advice, and is not suitable for emergencies or high-risk decisions.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of goal text, plan edits, notes, photos, messages, and other content you submit. You grant Osprey Pulse a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the features you choose, including public sharing when you explicitly publish a share page or public goal.
Community and acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, distribute unlawful or infringing material, expose another person's private information, manipulate rewards, bypass access controls, probe the service, upload malware, scrape at harmful scale, or use Osprey Pulse to facilitate dangerous or illegal activity. Use social and sharing features respectfully.
Moderation, suspension, and deletion
We may review reports, restrict content visibility, block interactions, suspend accounts, revoke public links, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or preserve service security. Where practical, we will consider context and available appeals or support requests. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
Osprey Pulse materials
The service, software, branding, Ozzy character, interface, and original materials are owned by Osprey Pulse or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering, or creation of confusingly similar services except where law cannot restrict it.
Availability and third-party services
Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while the service evolves. Osprey Pulse relies on third-party hosting, AI, email, telemetry, app stores, and device services. Their availability and separate terms may affect your experience. We do not promise that every plan, feature, message, or stored item will always be available without interruption.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Osprey Pulse is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed results. You remain responsible for your goals, decisions, safety, backups of important content, and interactions with other users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as Osprey Pulse changes. Material updates will be identified by a new date and, when appropriate, advance or in-product notice. The law and courts that apply depend on mandatory consumer protections and the location of the service operator; before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
